PROFILE

I am academically qualified and have been working in the Human Resources field for 16 years. I am currently the Head of Human Resources at Outsourcery (Pty) Ltd. My ability to be versatile would be an asset in any position. I am able to work enthusiastically at all levels including routine HR and general administration, implementing new systems or processes as well as longer term planning. It is a key strength of mine to be able to build and maintain meaningful relationships with all the relevant stakeholders as well as communicate requirements and progress effectively to ensure all tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
